Over the 8-weeks participants you will take part in the following activities:
As the leading route for philanthropic giving in Devon, DCF has distributed over £10,000,000 to more than 6,000 projects across Devon, Plymouth and Torbay.
The main aims of the Exeter Aperture Project is to provide the opportunity for communities to come together in a creative project and develop their own photo-story, photographic theme and portfolio or images. In addition, participants will be encouraged to develop their photography skills through innovative activities and photographic tasks.
Throughout the course we would like you to have access to a digital camera, so please bring along your digital camera or digital phone so the facilitator is able to see what equipment you will be using in the project. If you do not have access to a digital camera then we maybe able to supply one, however, we only have a very limited number.
How do I sign up?
Although you don't need a ticket for this event with it being free, we do need you to register at eventbrite (find link below) to avoid disappointment as space at the venue is limited and will only allow for 25 participants.

Established in 1996, Devon Community Foundation is a unique organisation, privileged to be working alongside people who are motivated by wanting to make a difference across Devon. We use our knowledge of local needs and the voluntary sector to manage high impact distribution of funds designed to achieve sustainable outcomes, awarding financial support on behalf of our Fund holders and donors, which enable local people to achieve inspiring change in their communities.
Meridian Raw CIC is a social enterprise that uses photography as an empowerment tool for marginalised communities and socially excluded individuals. We help to bring about social change and advocacy through creative participatory photography workshops and participatory photography training.
